Sassy Enchilada Dip

Directions:

In a bowl, blend the contents of one package, cream cheese, and sour cream.  Gently fold in cheddar cheese. Pour into a small baking dish, lightly sprayed with Pam.  Bake at 350º for 15 to 20 minutes.  Top with grated cheese.  You can serve this cold; if so, refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.  Serve with chips and enjoy!
