Chicken & Rice Soup

Directions:

In a large pot, place water, chicken, and dry mix.  Stir until blended and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer, stirring until soup thickens.  If desired, add Velveeta and stir until melted, then remove from heat and serve.  Enjoy!
