In a large pot, combine this mix, margarine, bacon, water, milk, and hashbrowns.  Whisk until blended and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 25 to 30 minutes. Right before serving, add Velveeta and allow to melt.  Serve and enjoy!
